About Us
Guven Certified Public Accountacy was established in 1994 in Samsun with two Certified Public Accountants and started to provide services to its business partners. The company is based in Samsun. The company not only gives service in Istanbul with its branch, but also it is specialized across Turkey and abroad with consultancy, refund, auditing, reporting and certification services.
Guven CPA, which has always been on the pursuit of the difference by adding its vision. The firm continues its works in order to provide the correct service and follow-up by combining the experience of its managers with the dynamic and researcher spirit of the work team. In this context, the company’s scope is not just working with local companies. The firms making investments in Turkey and abroad or foreign companies that invest in Turkey are also in the scope of Guven CPA. In short, we are challenging all the facts of our time as Guven CPA family.
The mission of Guven CPA family is to look after all the rights of its business partners. This process is handling by seeking solutions, finding the opportunities they can benefit from and providing a satisfactory service. Guven CPA family, which informs the business partner directly about a new development or change with the follow-up of the legislation, also provides solutions to its partners in this situation.
Founding Partners
Fuat KATIRCI
Fuat KATIRCI, has graduated from Marmara University Business Administration-Accounting Department in 1974. He started his business life as an Independent Accountant and Financial Consultant. In 1993, he became one of the founder partners of Guven Certified Public Accountancy and Consultancy after a year of being Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant. He has been an Auditor since 1991, CMB licensed auditor since 2009 and KGK licensed independent auditor since 2013. He has been working on CPA and Independent Auditing Services, concordatum commissioner. Also we works as concordat commissariat and bankruptcy trustee in Samsun. He is married and has 5 children
Metin BİRER
Metin BİRER has specialized in Economics and Financial Management at Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences in 1977. After graduation, he worked as an independent accountant and financial advisor. In 1994, he received his Certified Public Accountant license and together with his partner established Guven Certified Public Accountancy Limtied Company. He has been working as Certified Public Accountant, Independent Auditor and bankruptcy in Samsun. He has been an Auditor since 1991, CMB licensed auditor since 2009 and KGK licensed independent auditor since 2013. He is married and has three children.
